Position Summary
Develop and drive the implementation of productivity standards across the Americas Tire Manufacturing organization. The standards will improve the competitive position of our factories using tools that include traditional industrial engineering methodologies, MOST & Lean.
Define strategies that establish & monitor efficient labor utilization models for optimum levels of productivity, output & cost management for manufacturing facilities.
Responsible & accountable for plant efficiency & efficiency related to cost indicators. Identify & drive Industrial Engineering methods that deliver defined results supporting the AOP, RvsCC, S&OP, as well as capital plans for growth and productivity.
Develop & drive the coordinated linkages between the business & manufacturing. Educate leadership at the corporate & factory level in Industrial Engineering methodologies.
