The Business Enablement team are tasked with leading and implementing cross functional projects across DFS in EMEA. We’re currently working on projects as diverse as identifying how our Sales teams can ‘crack’ the Public market to setting up the capability to resell our assets at the end of the customer’s lease through an online website.

Key Responsibilities

We are a relatively small team, and you will be expected to lead all aspects of your program, as well rolling up your sleeves to ensure successful delivery;

Define

  • Lead the program identification, sizing and prioritization process to ensure Programs are correctly scoped and with clear and measurable business benefits.
  • Innovate – Identify new and innovative solutions to radically improve the current processes and customer experience
  • Identify, justify and coordinate suitable resources and skills from across the business to participate in Program teams.

Plan

  • Lead cross-functional program teams to develop program approach, plans, timeline and budget.

Deliver

  • Lead programs teams to achievement of program timelines and goals; create and manage measurement systems to track adoption and effectiveness of individual changes.

Communicate

  • Stakeholder Management – Interaction at all levels of the organization to identify and address stakeholder concerns with respect to your project and buy in to program activities; cct as a point of contact for senior leaders and executives for the specific program
  • Sharing of best practice within the team and with other regions and communication of changes, including benefits realised.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong and demonstrable Project management and delivery
  • Influence skills - Ability to influence others to achieve results with excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skill
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Autonomous – able to work with minimal direction to identify and resolve roadblocks and escalate appropriately to ensure program remains on track
  • Relationship Building - Ability to develop relationships to work with multiple levels within the organization, from VPs to agents; proven ability to build, motivate and co-ordinate the activities of virtual teams.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement, including an ability to research industry best practice and apply to Dell processes
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering results in a Program Management role within the regulated Financial Services/Banking industry sector. Strong track record of effectively managing change, and delivering enterprise level/large scale Finance/Regulartory and Compliance programmes on time and on budget.

Desirable Requirements

  • Primary Degree or equivalent in an Engineering or business discipline
  • At least 10 years Programs Management experience - preference for PMP or similar certification
  • Able and willing to travel occasionally to support Program requirements management
