Job Summary

We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our EMEA Recruitment Team, this position will be based in our Poznan office.

A Lead Recruiter is responsible for directly sourcing permanent and fixed term contract roles across various location in EMEA, from entry level positions to executive. Providing support and guidance to hiring managers from opening a requisition through to making a hire. Developing recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualifying applicants and extending job offers to successful candidates. Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with external recruitment agencies and suppliers.

Ultimately, you will help us build our employer brand and ensure we provide a positive experience for the candidates we interact with and the hiring managers we support.

Job Description
  • Support hiring managers to raise requisitions within our Self-Service applicant tracking tool (SuccessFactors).
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to develop a sourcing strategy, establish effective selection & assessment methods and advocating best practice for preparing Job Descriptions and interviewing techniques.
  • Leverage online recruiting tools and online channels to advertise and promote job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn) etc.
  • Ensure adherence to EMEA Recruitment Policy and povide direct coaching and consultation to client areas to develop the highest level of talent.
  • Manage internal client relationships. Work with business leaders to determine their staffing requirements and address current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of CenturyLink and our culture and use this to provide inspiring information to candidates about CenturyLink, our EMEA business and the opportunity.
  • Stays informed of market trends and innovative recruiting techniques. Provides market insights, recruitment data and statistics to stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an internal recruiter in a comparable role.
  • Experience recruiting in either the Technology or Telecommunications industries.
  • Very good command of the English language both verbal & written.
  • Self-motivated and confident to work independently.
  • Experienced user of LinkedIn recruiter and utlising direct sourcing strategies to identify and hire talent.
  • Solution orientated, able to solve recruitment problems and challenges.
  • The ability to influence key stakeholders with the courage and temerity to challenge and set expectations.
  • Other languages, German speaking a plus.
  • Experience recruiting for a network provider or managed services company preferable but essential.
