Job Description

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) - Channel Account Manager is responsible for recruiting, managing and educating channel partners by cooperating with and supporting channel partners within a specific territory. The IAM CAM will be there to partner and develop solutions for enterprise customers in order to generate both new and existing IAM revenue.

A week in the life of a Channel Account Manager (CAM):

  • You will create business relationships with high level contacts, often through face-to-face client and partner site visits.
  • You will research, analyze, synthesize and recommend IAM products in order to expand opportunities in the enterprise market.
  • You will maintain a positive channel partner and end customer relationship to maximize product / service satisfaction.
  • You will acts as a liaison between the Thales, channel partners and customers.
  • You will alerts channel partners and end customers of new or improved IAM products / services available.
  • You will relays customer feedback to IAM product development staff.
  • You will be working collaboratively with the field sales teams.
  • You will establish a solid IAM channel revenue platform with high level contacts.
  • You will deliver channel programs to partners to facilitate order closing.
  • You will participates in any new IAM business development with the channel partner.

  • To succeed at this job, you must have: Capability of communicating with the Partners. With the ability to engage with all levels of a channel partner organizations. Excellent knowledge of authentication products, with a strong desire to learn new products and trends.
  • It would be preferred if you are comfortable being an active participant in highly technical discussions, and able to collaboratively work with internal personnel to ensure that customer objectives are achieved within territory. Partner and Customer Satisfaction-driven with strong track record of managing aspects of the sales cycle and projects dealing with customer sales or support issues.
  • You must be fluent in English.
  • We would like someone to join our team who is capable of developing and presenting interesting solutions strategies, meeting and exceeding customer requirements and or expectations. Customer service focused and result driven.
  • You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
  • We are looking for someone with 7+ years’ experience with sales responsibility. Preferred experience with selling software or hardware security products through channel partners to enterprises.
