You will need to stay flexible and respond quickly to a multitude of requests. Your primary role will be to use HTML, CSS and Javascript to build new pages according to Marketing requirements, as well as site maintenance and bug fixes. As part of our team, you will help shape the look and feel of our site, as well as quality assurance and quality control. Site maintenance can be as simple as updating copy to much larger projects such as styling facelifts and major functionality changes to the site. This role will require creative problem solving and strong communication skills to work with different teams and stakeholders. This person should be highly organized, with the ability to manage requests efficiently and accurately. ADVANCED PROFICIENCY: HTML/HTML5 CSS3 with Bootstrap Javascript/Javascript Frameworks React.JS SPAA Adobe Suite Content Management Systems Responsive web development EXPERIENCE WITH: GIT High traffic production websites Intimate knowledge of QA/QC process Third-party Web Marketing and Prototyping tools Bonus Experience: Experience with SQL Familiarity with Agile/Scrum

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

• Strong command of the English language and ability to connect regularly with U.S. team during PST business hours
• Deep knowledge of user experience methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design framework, concept visualization, problem-framing, and design principles
• Solid knowledge of UI and UX principles; demonstrated UI and UX development skills with a strong portfolio (provide at least three URLs)
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma and Invision
• Enthusiastic and passionate about user-centered design and user experience, with knowledge of mobile-first design approach
• Love of data driven design and desire to work collaboratively with analytics and research
• Highly motivated and self-directed, able to prioritize while balancing multiple projects
• An ability to adapt graciously to changing business conditions and priorities

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Work with provided designs to develop fully-functional and elegant solutions for microsites, landing pages, lead forms, e-commerce flows
• Improve graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets, navigation buttons and search fields
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling digital experiences
• Bring design concepts to life through user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Immerse yourself in the trends in user interface and interaction design and implement where appropriate
• Be the in-house expert of UX/UI, mobile responsive design & latest front-end web technology
• A key collaborator with Engineering and Marketing teams, working closely to deliver new web experiences, improve path-to-purchase and increase site usability
