Udacity would like to hire an Affiliate Marketing Manager who will focus on building out it’s already successful Affiliate Program. We are looking for someone who has experience in the Affiliate Marketing Industry.

We are searching for a talented Affiliate Marketing Manager to help scale our affiliate program through creative thinking and a focus on proven affiliate strategies. This position will report to the head of Life Cycle Marketing.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and recruit new affiliates through various approaches including social networks, marketplace sites, etc.
• Develop tactics to engage affiliates not in the top 10 list of affiliates.
• Re-Engage inactive affiliates to see if we can get them to either rejoin the program and/or get them to start promoting Udacity again.
• Engage with existing affiliates and motivate them to advertise Udacity more.
• Handle all administrative communications with Commission Junction.
• Work with our internal teams to develop affiliate specific campaigns.
• Maintain direct communication and recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback.
• Negotiate contracts and commission structures with affiliates
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate performance.
• Proactively monitor traffic sources to determine which affiliates should be prioritized and focused on.
• Present results/metrics to senior management on a weekly basis.
• Track KPIs and maximize bookings and profit margins.
• Handle all affiliate customer service-related issues.

We want someone who can take a program that has a good foundation and scale it to be the best in class affiliate program.

What we Value:

• Four years experience in Affiliate Marketing
• Experience with Commission Junction or other leading affiliate platforms is a plus
• Strong, verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of internet metrics
• Be results-driven with an ability to accomplish tasks on deadlines
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time (good project management skills)
• Strong proficiency with numbers and data
