Main purpose of the job:

• Supports implementation of the business strategy for Ultrasound Business in the Market in alignment with strategic Market priorities
• Drives demand generation and ensures local relevance of the value propositions
• Supports Business Marketing combination (BMC) planning and execution, monitors performance, develops and enables execution of corrective actions in the Market to achieve BMC and Annual Operation Plan (AOP) commitments
• Responsible for supporting Business Marketing Manager in implementing Business sales and marketing strategy on the given territory

Job responsibilities:

• Supports Marketing Planning (18 months rolling) for Ultrasound Business in the Market linked to the BMC and Strategic Plan of record (SPOR)
• Drives business strategy creation and execution for Ultrasound Business in the Market
• Supports demand generation and ensures that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, order intake, market shares, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in markets, A&P, Integral Sales Margin (ISM) and marketing ROI.
• Supports developments of local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth, in line with Quality & Regulatory requirements
• Ensures relevance of value propositions for the Market
• Together with Business Marketing Manager (BMM) determines product portfolio for the market,
• Contributes to the development of new channels (incl. digital), and optimizing existing channel mix, linking to sales plans
• Collects information about market dynamics, competitive activities / products and prices, providing input for regular reviews of Philips market tactics
• Drives Marketing Performance Optimization and continuous improvements applying LEAN
• Performs other service instructions of the company management related to the main activity of Business Marketing Specialist, but not specified in this job description.

Job requirements:

• English level – upper-intermediate
• Work Experience in Product management of Medical equipment (3+ years)
• Managing relationships – advanced
• Negotiation skills - practitioner
• Commercial expertise - practitioner
• Decision making – practitioner
• Planning - practitioner
