Job Purpose:

This Role is a Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover

Supporting the CSC Dublin Senior Leadership Team, the CSC Dublin Business Office Program Analyst is responsible for core activities in the CSC Business office function.

The incumbent supports the CSC Dublin Site Head on the implementation of Site Agenda including creating, leading and implementing key site programs and projects related to:

  • Site Reporting and Analytics
  • CSC Stakeholder Engagement
  • CSC Employee Engagement Agenda
  • CSC People, Talent and Culture Strategy
  • CSC Working Environment
  • Management Reporting & Analytics

Job Background/context:

The CSC Dublin Business Office Program Analyst is responsible for managing and implementing key site projects, programs and initiatives in line with the CSC Dublin Strategy and the Global CSC Network Strategy.

The CSC Dublin Business Office Program Analyst serves to ensure consistent practices, collecting, translating, and sharing essential accurate and quality, decision-making data for the CSC Site Head and Citi Ireland Senior Leadership Team as well as executing high quality events and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting

  • Manage the CSC Maturity Assessment and Site Action Plan
  • Maintenance and updating of Function maps & Governance Charter
  • Collecting, assessing/selecting and providing Dublin CSC monthly update for CSC Site Head to present at County Co-ordinating Committee
  • Monthly co-ordination of Headcount and Manpower planning for Dublin- monthly attendance on R&LS calls
  • Co-ordination and analysis of CSC reporting for three CSC’s in CEP and consolidation into single report for presentation by CSC Site Head to CEP Operating Committee (monthly)
  • Co-ordination and analysis of CSC reporting for three CSC’s in CEP and consolidation into single report for presentation by CSC Site Head and CCO to Executive Committee (monthly)
  • Co-ordination and analysis of CSC reporting for 3 CSC’s in CEP and consolidation into single report for presentation to CEP Board (quarterly)
  • Ensure accurate planning and reporting of the CSC Engagement Budget
  • Report on a monthly basis progress against the Site Must Win Battles and goals

Meetings

  • Agenda setting/minute taking/ point of contact for CSC Leadership Council meetings
  • Agenda setting/minute taking/ point of contact for CSC Site Management Meetings
  • Coordinate senior stakeholder agenda and follow up actions.
  • Ongoing Co-ordination of Quarterly Site Management Scorecard
  • Support the local GPA team in the execution of Town Hall and similar ad hoc events

Admin

  • Process invoices
  • Site Visit Co-ordination
  • Agenda setting
  • CSC Site Executive Summaries/Dashboard

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • MIS data, PowerPoint and data interpretation
  • Leading site level initiatives
  • Shared services environment experience
  • Experienced in data management and reporting
  • Ability to partner with businesses and other support functions at senior levels in setting strategy and priorities
  • Strong project management skills
