Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Practice Operations to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Technology leaders to help execute strategic initiatives; coordinate tactical action plans of the group based on changing business needs, objectives and strategies
  • Operate with leaders to define, document and execute a seamless operating workflow for the group; help manage leadership and review meetings and other communications within the group to ensure information is shared across teams and across locations
  • Attend key meetings, documenting key information and required action items; support group's offsite meetings and other key events
  • Work with Technology leaders to identify operational best practice and help implement across the group
  • Gather and analyze relevant metrics to ensure strategic objectives are met; review with leadership to determine what tactical operational changes can be made to influence achievement of objectives
  • Serve as point for coordinating cross tower organizational practice support (i.e. training events and productivity reporting)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in one or more business related areas including Finance, Human Resources, Resource Management, Information Technology or general business operations
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to work independently and provide guidance and strategic advice to Executive level management
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
  • Able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work
  • Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
