Job Description
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for advancing and design of the technical applications as well as for recommending best practice solutions based on client business needs.

A Solution Architect is involved in pre-sales engagements and can articulate what requirements have changed pre- and post-award. In this capacity, this person is expected to provide various options to meet the clients state requirements that blends both Salesforce capabilities as well as 3rd party software recommendations and integrations. As a hands-on expert you will provide technical leadership for implementation of digital capabilities (WEM, eCommerce, CRM, Analytics etc.) across the globe to ensure that it adheres to quality expectations. This critical role will ensure compliance to K-C web security through identification, tracking, mitigating, remediation and verification of security vulnerabilities of the applications in the area. On any given engagement, the Solution Architect is viewed as the Development Team lead.
The right person for this role is a great technologist who is proactive with stakeholders, a self-starter who can work under broad direction and somebody passionate about delivering world-class digital products that enable the business to optimize operations to maximize the value of investments.
Responsibilities

• Architecting and implementing digital capabilities (CRM, eCommerce, Web Experience Management, Social, Analytics tools, CIAM etc.) in line with the overall cloud technology vision.
• Understanding the application road-maps and capabilities for associated brands to provide a consistent user experience across all digital properties.
• Providing technology leadership for implementation of new technology platform or capabilities, by performing design reviews, code walkthroughs and review to ensure adherence to standards and security guidelines.
• Providing technical due diligence of software products and platforms.
• Creating technical assessments, based on criteria including cost, security, vendor fit, alignment to objectives, reliability and scalability.
• Performing root-cause analysis of application related incidents and help improve the status quo through innovative solutions.
  Key Qualifications and Experience
  
• 3+ years of application development experience
• Strong programming skills in .net / C# (working with at least one framework like WCF or Web API)/Java adopting practices like CI/CD, TDD, BDD etc.
• Experience with front end development (HTML5, CSS, JQuery) is a plus.
• Functional background of CPG or retail business and experience with Business-to-Consumer marketing technologies will be desirable.
• Hands on experience in the architecture, design, development and implementation of large scale web and mobile applications for consumers adhering to non-functional requirements like security, reliability, scalability and availability standards.
• Ability to engage with the Client (Senior Director/ VP level) in a business centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue
• Experience integrating on premise hosted and cloud bases SaaS solutions; AWS or Azure cloud experience is desirable.
• Demonstrated SFDC Experience working in Lightning/Communities, APEX class/coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Java, Templates, Web Services
• Experience in leading / building user stores and handling end to end processes.
• Mobile internationally to serve our global clients and work with our Consulting teams in London, Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, Geneva, Madrid (50-100%)
• EU work permit is a must
• Base Location: Anywhere in Poland, likely to be close to a city with an international airport.
