Role Summary:

This is a post in the Corporate Compliance team of the Legal &

Compliance Department, Hong Kong of the Company to provide a unique

opportunity to the successful candidate to provide support relating to

FATCA/CRS and other AML related work and issues .

Job Responsibilities:

-Provide day-to-day advice, support on FATCA/CRS reporting, Quality Assurance, internal Self-Assessment(s), remediation/enhancement works, enquiries from Operational and Business teams to ensure compliance with FATCA/CRS regulatory requirements in HK and Macau.

- Work with the FATCA/CRS team head to handle enquiries from Regional and Global FATCA/CRS teams.

- Assist FATCA/CRS team to train and lead junior staff within the FACTA/CRS team.

- Taking the initiative to keep track of regulatory updates on FATCA/CRS requirements and ensure timely implementation

-Review and comment FATCA/CRS operational procedural manual and guidelines on a regular basis and whenever directed by the FATCA/CRS team head.

- Prepare/Update FATCA/CRS training materials and deliver training sessions to Operational and Business teams on a regular basis and whenever directed by the FATCA/CRS team head.

-Participate in ad-hoc projects where required.

-Perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the FATCA/CRS team head or the Head of Corporate Compliance.

Requirements:

-Experience in financial institutions, preferably a minimum of 5 years in the insurance/pension industry.

-Knowledge and experience in FATCA/CRS regulations and requirements

will be an advantage.

-Strong English and Chinese communication skills required.

-Able to work with team member and BUs.

-Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

-Good MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
