Diners Club Australia operating on the Discover network is uniquely positioned in the credit card market to grow and establish itself as a mainstream payments brand in Australia. Diners Club is an important part of the Citi business, providing a robust and market leading commercial payments solution to an array of clients across a number of sectors and we’ve got ambitious plans to grow! A core part of the growth strategy is to expand our Merchant Acceptance footprint in Australia, which has created an exciting opportunity for a relationship manager in the merchant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage sales pipeline for merchants with a focus to grow merchant acceptance footprint in Australia
  • Work closely with the product and marketing team to develop a strong brand awareness strategy
  • Develop and foster strategic merchant relationships to maximise growth opportunities by deliver enhanced value propositions
  • Work with key stakeholders to stream line deal execution
  • Reporting to the Head of Merchant Acquiring, you will be integral to the success of this driven, dynamic, high-performing team

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Strong credit card knowledge with preference for an understanding of payments and merchant acquiring
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
