Main Duties And Responsibilities:

As the Salesforce Senior Analyst you will

• Lead detailed business performance analytics, providing insight that proactively challenges and support business practices
• Be an integral part of Performance and Operational excellence team, supporting Business Units-Managers and Performance Manager with related processes, e.g., Incentive Payments, Sales Targets, S&T Process
• Represents business in the on-going development of our Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM), Veeva, by partnering with cross-functional peers (IT, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
• Driving performance of related brands
• Co-ordinate, simplify and drive best practice across team

Minimum Requirements

Essential

• Proven excellent analytical and written/oral communication skills
• Analytical experience in a commercial environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Ability to manage large and complex projects

Desirable

• Knowledge and/or experience within pharmaceutical industry
