Tasks
-In your role you are responsible for bringing the IOT/Analytics business into the market and acquiring projects responsibly.
-This includes, above all, conducting discussions on the relevant topics at all levels of the customer. As Expert Sales you have to be able to adapt to C-Level Management and IT experts equally.
-Internally, you are the primary contact person for technical discussions, whether for business development activities or account planning measures.
-Also the design and responsibility for trade fair appearances and analyst meetings are part of your job.
-You will work closely with our technical experts to explain the customer requirements and later position the solution approaches at the customer. You will always learn new things and contribute your new knowledge successfully to future dialogues.
Responsibility:
-You create and maintain sales information, such as presentations and contact histories. You are independently responsible for identifying and further developing the promising sales opportunities until the first project is completed.
-During ongoing projects, you stay in contact with the project manager to accompany him through every further sales phase and, above all, to create reference presentations afterwards. You have a watchful eye on the possibility of generating reusables from projects.
-Close cooperation with colleagues from the areas of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence/HPC/IoT/Digital Twin is indispensable.
-You need to network independently with Atos colleagues and account managers in order to market your services internally and externally.
Prerequisite:
-You have an academic degree (BA, FH or Uni) and at least 8 years professional experience in sales or technical consulting roles.
-You are eloquent, linguistically versed and move confidently in different customer situations. You can let your interlocutors talk you out of it because you know how important the information of your counterpart is. You bring complex solutions to the point briefly and succinctly, focusing above all on the customer's advantages.
-Team Success is important to you. You are able to think entrepreneurially and set priorities independently. You understand the "Customer-Life-Time-Value" and aim for a long-term customer relationship.
-You have a solid basic technical understanding of IT, especially IoT/Analytics, so that we can quickly familiarize you with it.
-Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable but not indispensable.
-You are fluent in English and have a car driving licence.
