Objective/ About the area:

Nielsen Enterprise IT is seeking a qualified Salesforce Data Architect to join its Global CRM team. Our Salesforce CRM platform has grown exponentially over the past three years, now supporting over 15,000 internal employees in 105 countries. In 2019, we are evolving the platform to transform our CRM Platform, with the migration of other orgs into the Global instance, and ensure Data integrity and accuracy across Sales, Service, and CPQ applications.

Your main responsibilities as CRM Data Architect at Nielsen will be:

Overseeing the Data Model and Data Integrity of the CRM Platform

Implementing and ensuring Standards and Governance of CRM Data

Data Migration Strategy and Processes

Data Backups and Recovery Strategy and Processes

Prototyping new features and integrations aligned to business strategy by introducing innovation through technology

Serving as a technical subject matter expert and mentor to the development team for data needs

Partnering with the Global Salesforce Solution Architect on cross-functional requirements

Simplifying and streamlining existing architecture for growth

Identifying and testing tools to streamline our Data Migration processes

Working with Business Stakeholders to identify areas for growth/improvement related to Data Architecture

What makes you the perfect fit for us?

Minimum 5 years of design/architect experience with at least 3 years of Salesforce implementation expertise

Minimum 2 years of experience and relevant certification in Salesforce

Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce

Strong expertise in at least two of the following Salesforce product areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud (Pardot)

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce admin/developer, including experience with APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs

Demonstrated ability to thrive in an enterprise Agile environment

Good communication skills with end users and business stakeholders

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related IT field

Bonus Skills

Certified Salesforce Administrator

Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II

Experience using the Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo, and the Salesforce ANT migration tool.

Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g. SAP, ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.) and integration middleware technologies (e.g. Dell Boomi)

Experience working in object-oriented programming languages
