Expectation overview for the Field Marketing Manager: Key member of the Field Marketing team focused on generating demand and accelerating pipeline through effective planning, execution and measurement of marketing activities, programs and campaigns - including the relevant use of data-driven marketing, traditional marketing channels, digital marketing, events, social media marketing and more.

This role works closely with sales and telemarketing teams and other key stakeholders to achieve pipeline goals across our prospect and customer base. As well as building a strong relationship with Sales, the Field Marketing Manager will also build solid relationships with the wider marketing functions such as PR, Social, Content, Channel, Shared Services and external agencies to enhance their marketing campaigns and ensure maximum impact.

  • Minimum 3-6 years of marketing experience, with minimum 2-3 years in marketing execution
  • Experience in campaign management
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Highly accountable and self-driven
  • Experience in using digital marketing tactics including social media
  • Experience working with sales and other stakeholders
  • Experience in B2B marketing
