Implementation Consultant

Job Description

Develop and/or execute software testing and validation procedures, programming and documentation. Work independently to analyze user needs and develop software solutions working on complex issues requiring advanced evaluation of variable factors. Utilize professional concepts to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Develop and/or customize innovative solutions for complex problems in cloud computing environments. Confer with customers and technical teams to assess business and system requirements, and design and configure solutions to meet client objectives. Map and modify product configurations to customer requirements. Design, build, and maintain deployment labs for validating designs and reproducing issues and track the progress of deployments and software upgrades. Exercise independent judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. In connection with the above duties, apply knowledge and/or skills of determining business requirements for networking and security solutions; architecting, implementing, and designing end-to-end solutions for communications/networking products; TCP/IP Application Layer; GUI automation tools; Routing protocols: BGP, MPLS, OSPF; server virtualization, firewalls, and SD-WAN; and automation and scripting with Python, REST, and API. Up to 30% domestic/international travel required.
