Help make the flight trainers that are used to train fighter pilots and weapons systems officers.

Training Systems and Professional Services within Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking junior level Systems Engineers to help complete the system design, integration, and test for various aircrew trainers in support of the various Training & Professional Systems programs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Successful candidates will assist other members of the Test Team in the performance of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced testing environment
  • The varied tasks may include requirements development, test procedure creation, developmental and formal testing, and test documentation
  • Work in an Agile environment creating interesting products
  • Possible International Travel
  • Off shift and weekend work may also be occasionally required to meet contractual milestones, objectives and delivery schedules.

This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Classroom or work related experience with engineering test activities
  • Systems Engineering experience using tools such as DOORS, Windchill, VersionOne, BORIS, and other common tools

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
