Job Overview

General Mills is seeking a senior analyst to assist with the following responsibilities:

• Partner with individuals throughout various work processes globally. Provide internal control consultation and guidance to support global processes.
• Assess risk for processes and transactions and provide control design input for mitigation.
• Oversee SOX testing process for areas of accountability.
• Evaluate internal control effectiveness and advise in the development of remediation plans as necessary. Communicate deficiency results.
• Develop influencing skills and build business partner relationships through interaction with domestic and international contacts as part of various reporting processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
• Master’s degree in Accounting or CPA preferred
• 2-6 years of accounting experience, some public accounting preferred
