It is one part of the Thomson Reuters global Legal Professionals business, which is now the largest part of Thomson Reuters. LPE provides critical research information, legal know-how, decision support tools, software and services to lawyers who practice in law firms, in government legal departments, the courts and elsewhere in the public sector across Europe. Position Title: Executive Assistant to the Head of Legal Professionals Europe
Position Type: Maternity Cover (1 year fixed term contract)
Role Purpose:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Head of the Legal Professionals Europe business whose main role is to manage the LPE business and deliver an ambitious financial plan. The EA acts as the right hand person to the Head of LPE in her management of the business and interactions with customers and the legal market. The role will include administration of both day to day activities and business critical operations, on occasions dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information. The role will also involve working closely with her Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in Europe as well as the rest of the Legal Professionals Leadership team who are mainly based in the US plus related teams who are key partners to the success of the business (including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service etc.).
