• Manage content/curriculum of existing BB programs (for CSEs, DDEs) (In Q3, we had 359 CSEs participating in BB and 154 DDEs.)
  • Constantly review curriculum to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant
  • Identify skills gaps and critical content; work with the regional teams to offer such content
• Develop new programs for additional roles, including GBSEs, Leaders (FLSMs, SLSMs), ePresales
  • Work with the leaders and SAP Sales Learning to determine the correct content and sequence
  • Launch programs, review, elicit and incorporate feedback
• Liaise closely with the GB Academy to ensure applicable content is taught for DDEs, CSEs, GBSEs, ePresales
  • Ensure post-Academy coaching to reinforce Academy content/concepts
  • Note: we are looking to launch the GB Academy for approx. 65 GBSEs in February 2020 in San Ramon. In order to do so, we need to create BB curriculum for GBSEs
• Create linkage between BB levels and Career Progression
  • Work with the team to create guidelines and standards for each BB level per role to ensure Career Progression is tied to BB Progression
• Constantly find ways to innovate and grow BB Programs
• Celebrate success of people upleveling – from concept through execution
