Role Value Proposition:
The Senior Workforce Analytics Consultant is a member of the Global Workforce Analytics team within HR Shared Services. The Senior Workforce Analytics Consultant must have a natural curiosity, both internally and externally, an eagerness to assume responsibility, and demonstrate ownership, growth mindset and on-going self-learning of new analytics technics. This position will be responsible for creating reports and analyzing complex information about the workforce which will require strong leadership, project management, organization, time management skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments and establish priorities. In collaboration with members of the GWA team, the Senior Workforce Analytics Consultant must be able to understand business requirements and translate them into data needs to support reporting and analysis. This person must have strong relationship management skills and be able to effectively communicate to various audiences. This position reports directly to the Director - HR Digital and Analytics, Asia & EMEA based in Dubai, UAE.
