Process and Data Quality Analyst – Product Development Systems

Micron’s Product Development Systems are responsible for managing the processes and data associated with taking products from engineering concepts to high volume manufacturing (Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)); the primary system for this work in Siemen’s Teamcenter. As a Process and Data Quality Analyst for Product Development Systems you are responsible for supporting the requirements process and upholding the polices established for the program. This includes but is not limited to maintaining master data records to ensure accuracy, validating data entries, ensuring data objects are implemented and functioning properly, and troubleshooting daily/on-going issues impacting solutions and processes. In this role you must be able to take initiative and ownership by working independently as well as in a team environment and have a strong desire to improve operational/business efficiency and the end user experience.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Participate in developing solutions to address business needs
• Assist with creating documentation for required solutions and processes
• Monitor and manage Product Development data in Teamcenter
• Participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements
• Manage security request and updates process for Teamcenter relative to Product Development data
• Provide support to the definition of reporting solutions and analytics for the Product Development Systems
• Act as a communication liaison between business area and technical support groups
• Participate in design meetings and assist with documenting decisions
• Participate in cross functional teams to address business issues and provide the necessary solutions
• Troubleshoot daily and ongoing issues involving system processes and data
• Subject matter expert (SME) in the data assignment and systems used to manage that data

Knowledge and Capabilities (Qualifications):

• Self-motivated and service oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, one-on-one, and group)
• Proven ability to assist in the development and documentation of business processes
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter
• Knowledge and experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products – emphasis on Excel
• Experience with SharePoint
