This position is for a Business Process Management (BPM) Continuous Improvement (CI) focal and administrative analyst for the ASG SCM organization. Supports Executive Leadership and assists in supporting & implementing business process improvement throughout the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides executive assistant services to the VP of SCM & other Senior Executives in SCM
• Gathers, compiles, and reports on information relevant to SCM Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
• Performs data entry and other normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files, arranging meetings and conference rooms, and ordering office supplies.
• Generates custom or standard reports in Excel: Supporting summaries of business, financial, and economic data for review by Executives, Managers, Clients and other Stakeholders.
• Responsible for driving ACE activities throughout the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization.
• Leading/Co-Leading CI events, tracking progression, and supporting overall strategy
• Project management- assist and track closure of both corporate (Collins Aerospace) and internal projects (Aerostructures)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR
• In absence of a degree, 7 years of relevant experience is required

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Basic understanding of Supply Chain

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of Continuous Improvement / Lean
