What You Will Do

As an Associate with The Resource Group, you will have the opportunity to create and maintain master data elements and ensure data integrity for assigned ERP module in accordance with guidelines and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Manages data elements for specified ERP modules including data setup, maintenance and approval; maintains related categorization hierarchies and reference tables.
• Understands and applies master data, source to contract, and procure to pay processes, policies, procedures and internal control standards.
• Provides Level 2 customer service support for process owners, health ministries and their associates; answers questions, resolves issues or errors, and escalates issues that cannot be resolved.
• Performs periodic audits of master data elements.

What You Will Need

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Bachelor degree preferred
