Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for various systems within collections and recovery. Responsibilities include working with Product Owners to develop system requirements for small enhancements, troubleshooting account and system issues and validating that the system is running appropriately. This individual will partner with the different scrum teams as the subject matter expert of the system to help define and refine the stories. This individual will need to independently perform analysis, be an active member of the scrum teams to ensure the development and testing community understand the business objectives. Lastly, complete the necessary business documentation to support the rationale for implementing and validating system changes.
The candidate shall independently:
- Strong knowledge of Collections and Recovery applications across CCB
- Support multiple applications
- Trouble shoot issues identified by specialists
- Ensure issues are properly documented, escalated and remediated
- Communicate down time and status updates to business owners
- Drive systemic enhancements and changes as desired or required by the business
- Drive prioritization of the back log in Jira with the scrum teams
- Partner with UAT to ensure testing is completed for all changes, as well as remediation of identified defects
- Perform post implementation wellness checks to ensure changes are meeting the requirements
- Documentation of the process / requirements in Jira of the changes
- Complete contract reviews, scorecards and annual re-certifications relate to third party vendors providing services to Collections and Recovery
- Ensure that the vendor costs are included in the annual budget as well as ensuring timely payments
- Monitor and track vendor complaints and remediation
- Coordination with the third party Vendor Centralization team to ensure proper on boarding and off boarding of vendors
- Ensure that the vendor has proper controls in place to comply with JPMC policies
- Requires 2+ years of related experience resolving/troubleshooting application issues, including working with IT and the Business to resolve and implement application changes and releases.
- Agile is a plus
- Prefer experience interacting with vendors
- Experience working on and with geographically disperse teams
