SERVICE DESK OPERATOR PRAGUE (Night Shift)

Requirements:

• University student
• Czech and English working proficiency
• Orientation in IT environment
• PC work (Microsoft environment)
• Ability to communicate efficiently
• Reliability, responsibility
• Ability and willingness to learn
• ITIL ( advantage)
