Job Description

Job description includes the following but not limited to:
- End-to-end ownership of Wintel Team's operational policies
- Ensures technical service resolution and maintaining high levels of stakeholder satisfaction through pre- and post-engineering technical/functional support
- Provides technical solutions and escalated support for non-routine highly complex technical issues
- Evaluates products and upgrades for appropriateness of cost and compatibility. Oversees and implements system upgrade strategies.
- Develops and analyzes highly complex system standards thresholds and recommendations to maximize system performance
- Conducts capacity planning reviews with management and approving capacity plans formulated by less experienced personnel
- Develops strategies to manage the frequency of appropriate support package/patch application
- Coordinates with business teams on proposals and work estimates involving highly complex system administration projects and solutions
- Researches current system technology and serves as subject matter expert on complex systems processes and procedures. Conducts usability and costing studies
- Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
- Promotes utilizing and contributing to knowledge transfer across teams
- Builds and maintains relationships with various stakeholders
- Ensures stakeholder commitments are consistently met
- Seeks continuous improvement in processes procedures and outcomes
- Works in accordance with corporate and organizational policies and procedures

Technical/Functional Proficiency:
- Proven track record in working in a Wintel-related job
- Experience with Windows 2003-2012 Server Exchange Server Active Directory Group Policies Patch Management Log management WSUS SCOM VMWare
- Industry certification (CompTIA MCSE MSITP ITIL etc) would be an advantage but not required

Required skills:
- Technical and operational management skills
- Excellent teamwork verbal and communication skills
- Good command of the English language would be an advantage
- Strong problem solving analysis skills with very good understanding of technology

자격요건

• IT 관련 업무 경력 2년 이상
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 클라우드 관리 및 운영 경험
• Windows / Linux 서버 운영 경험
• 금융권 프로젝트 또는 IT 인프라 운영 경험

근무조건

• 고용형태 : 정규직
• 직급 : 행원~과장급 (면접 후 결정)
• 급여 및 복지조건 : 회사 내규에 따름
• 근무지역 : 인천 남동구 인주대로 585(예술회관역)
