Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a Senior Flightline Operations Manager to support our Everett Delivery Center in Everett, Washington.

Successful candidates will ensure that aircraft are completed on schedule and pass certification for airworthiness by overseeing final component installation, systems operation functional testing, modification, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, preflight and postflight checks, release for flight, and preparation for delivery.

This position requires interface with flight crews, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and ensure customer satisfaction/acceptance. Daily work/leadership will include developing and executing integrated plans, policies, procedures, and providing input on departmental business, technical strategies, goals, and objectives.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and providing input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
• Acquire resources for department activities, provide technical management of suppliers and leading process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provide oversight, approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Maintaining QCDSM targets, developing and motivating employees, while meeting daily execution challenges is critical for success in this position.
• Align strategic objectives to Everett Delivery Center and BCA priorities and drive strategic development
  Optimize the execution of team support and deliverables in a dynamic business environment

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• 3+ years of experience performing in a leadership role
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
