OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

In our Prague office, you, as an Operations Support Specialist, will focus on correction of Billing and Accounting and every financial document that would impact the company books. Our customers are our colleagues around the world, mainly Receivables, Sales and Front Office.

You will:

• Manage necessary invoice corrections for the business units according to procedures and controls
• Be part of the only team which has roles to correct/update billing documents in the systems
• Investigate discrepancies between payments and invoices and coordinate resolution with internal partners and/or external customersGive support to the business units for any additional charges/credits required for external customers
• Coordinate efforts betwen several departments, customer services, international sales, accounts receivables, in order to provide best-in-class customer support
• Have opportunities to participate in projects and initiatives with international and multicultural groups

Your profile:

• High school, University degree of advantage
• Able to set priorities, handle daily responsibilities effectively and work independently
• Analytical with attention to detail
• Problem solving attitude

Nice to Have:

• Work experience in Economics/Finance/Accounting appreciated, but not a must
• Understanding and practical knowledge of finance processes, knowledge of Excel is advantage
• Not necessary but appreciated is an experience with SAP
