What We're Looking for: Domio is looking for a Human Resources Intern who will work with the People team on a wide range of projects related to recruiting, employee benefits, HR compliance, onboarding, and company culture. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources at a growing hospitality startup.

At Domio You Will:

• Create and post job descriptions to assist in recruitment efforts
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and be a point of contact for candidates
• Assist with employment reporting
• Research employment laws to help Domio stay up-to-date with legal regulations
• Audit employee and benefit data
• Assist the People team with meeting and event preparation
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Demonstrated skills in critical thinking, research, and writing
• Excellent communicator and comfortable speaking with people over the phone and via email
• Must be a team player
• Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines
• Must be self-driven and motivated
• Creative, responsive, and adaptive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Exceptional with details and follow up
• Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills

Compensation:

• $15 / hr
• Academic credit offered

Duration:

• 2-3 days per week
