National Grid is hiring a Lead, Business Change Manager for our Facilities department in Hicksville, NY.
Job PurposeThe Property Services team has set out to evaluate and make recommendations on the property strategy across our service territory. This effort will involve assessing the condition of all properties, evaluating how efficiently we are using them, and making strategic investments or changes where appropriate. We aspire to make our offices more sustainable, energy efficient and aligned with innovative workplace design concepts, like WELL* building standards. Workplaces are evolving, and we want to keep pace with those changes, ensuring that well-being is central to design. We are looking for the right person to join an enthusiastic team, whose focus is to support National Grid move through the Property Strategy change, support continuous improvement efforts, build buy-in and commitment to that change while developing an enduring longer-term capability, as we continue to move forward in an ever-changing environment.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, desire to learn and grow in the change management space, and a proactive approach and personal drive to push the change agenda towards a successful outcome.
