Marketing & Communications Specialist

• Assist in the design, revision and review of all health-related materials distributed to members while ensuring appropriateness of content, readability and translations.
• Assist in the development, promotion and implementation of statewide initiatives, including outreach events, healthcare education, and incentive programs
• Cultivate channel for the collection and development of member and other success stories. Storyboard and manage production of related videos.
• Develop and maintain social media calendar using mix of organic and developed materials, while adhering to privacy and compliance requirements.
• Help prepare news releases, fact sheets and talking points as needed.
• Help as needed with internal communications, including monthly newsletter and SharePoint stories.
• Help maintain supplies of printed materials and employee awareness of available items.
• Manage and document regulatory approvals for member communications.

Desired skills:

• Intermediate design skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Social media & writing experience.
• SharePoint experience.
