Marketing Manager Events:

This role is responsible for day to day management, design and implementation of a diverse portfolio of events for Atos North America.
The purpose of this role is to produce, with minimal supervision the management of impactful events, both large and small, external and internal. As part of these responsibilities, the role will liaise with procurement and finance on operational and budget related expenses for events.
This position requires the demonstration of thoughtful leadership, skilled planning combined with team player qualities:

-Manage and execute a diverse portfolio of events with excellence, working with a variety of vendors, suppliers, venues and agency partners and colleagues as required. The portfolio will include internal meetings, such as our sales and solution kickoff, events for marketing campaigns, sponsorship activations, conferences (local and out of town), awards shows, field events and road shows, trade show activations, and other custom events as required
- Manage all aspects of event production to meet/exceed the business objectives and financial targets
Event production including:
A/V, staging and set design
Event logistics including venue, catering, travel and transportation,
Venue and location sourcing, contract negotiation
Budget creation / management
Event design, including layout, flow and event decor
Develop agenda and event flow
Create run of show as required
Define the customer journey and lead management for all event touch points during an event
Stage production management
Collaborate with show producer as required
Produce all required event materials and documentation (event bibles, budgets, work-back schedules, etc.)
Determine and hire support staff as required (approval required)
Post event review and analysis reporting
Agency management, if required
Work with sales, sales operations, vertical markets, marketing/comms and HR teams:
- Foster productive and collaborative relationships with strategic partners– understand each line of business and their key objectives, working closely with the client engagement team
- Understand the role content plays before, during and after an event contributing to an effective content strategy when required

- Strong collaboration, communication and negotiation skills
- Superior project management skills and detail orientation and proven ability to manage competing projects and prioritize accordingly
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work successfully with various organizational levels, whether that be with colleagues, senior executives, customers or partners
- Innovative self-starter with a demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Available to work during normal business hours and on evenings / weekends as required for event execution
- Ability to travel 10-20%
