About the role

Primary contact for ExxonMobil Chemical customers in United States and Latin America responsible for ensuring positive customer experience within the order-to-cash process of shipments moved via truck, rail, marine, air and pipeline.

Job Role Responsibilities
  • Owner of the Order-To-Cash process. Responsible for processing and handling of customer orders from creation thru final delivery
  • Maintains excellent customer relationship, ensuring specific requirements to which ExxonMobil has agreed are known by the appropriate interfaces and duly met
  • Coordinates and responds to customer requests for order changes, invoice adjustments, product returns and master data updates
  • Focal point for customer requests related to order documentation, regulatory and technical. Works with EM interfaces to provide satisfactory customer response
  • Coordinates resolution of issues related to product availability, logistics arrangements, order fulfilment documentation and others with the appropriate EM contacts
  • Keeps strong communication channels with customers and proactively informs status of orders and issues that could potentially impact committed delivery dates
Expected Level of Proficiency
  • University degree
  • Fluent English (written & spoken) required
  • Fluent Spanish (written & spoken) required
