We have an outstanding opportunity for an Engine Leasing Operations Analyst at our East Hartford, CT Campus.

This role reports directly to the Operations Manager, PWEL (P&W Engine Leasing).

PWEL currently manages almost 700 engines on behalf of P&W, IAE, the EA, and LeaseCo with more than 100 customers and an average of 500 engines on lease.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Oversee operational programs such as, but not limited to: customer invoicing and auditing process, business data integrity, managing invoicing vendor, analyzing customer contracts and engine utilization for billing.

Support the Logistics/Materials Manager in improving service levels for all customers while maximizing savings, driving common processes throughout the company, and ensuring communication and education of policies and practices in support of these goals.

You are capable of breaking down complex engine leasing invoice issues into key components and be able to quickly identify root causes and evaluate/implement corrective actions.

Must be a US Citizen due to Government contracts.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

A Minimum 4 years of professional work experience is required.

At least 3 years of expertise in engine leasing operations is required.

At least 3 years of import/export compliance experience is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree a plus.

Ability to manage, plan, and audit engine leasing operations.

Functional experience using Microsoft Office Suite is strongly preferred.
