Role Value Proposition:
The Marketing Manager, Small and Specialty Business Group Benefits within the US region is responsible for driving growth and differentiation among small business distribution channels (brokers, general agencies, professional employer organizations, etc.) by developing and executing integrated, multi-channel sales & marketing engagement strategies for B2B and B2B2C. This role serves as a subject matter expert on small businesses and partners closely with his or her Business Unit (BU) leadership and cross-functional teams to create and deliver on marketing strategies that incorporate social media, email, creative & messaging development, digital advertising, events, thought leadership/content and sales support.
The Marketing Manager, Small & Specialty Business, reports directly to the Marketing Director, US Group Benefits Small & Specialty Business.
