The Zeus founders have all had previous exits and have worked in real estate and technology for over 10 years. We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Founder and CEO. In this role, you will manage a diverse range of high level projects and day-to-day administrative duties while serving as a trusted liaison and strategic partner to our CEO. You will closely partner with peers across all Zeus teams to support company operations and objectives, while you will also play a crucial role in helping manage both internal and external communication. Additionally, you will focus on finding new and efficient ways to maximize the CEO’s time and to improve internal goal-tracking and reporting. We are looking for a self starter who is able to juggle a variety of responsibilities and shifting priorities. You are comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team culture, and you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand. You are a team player and problem solver with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

What You'll Do

    • Manage CEO’s day-to-day agenda and deliverables, including coordinating all calls, meetings, and travel arrangements while assisting with client relations and external communications
    • Understand company priorities to effectively manage CEO’s frequently changing calendar and to ensure proactive resolution of scheduling conflicts
    • Coordinate complex scheduling and advanced calendar management
    • Assist with organizing the content and flow of information between CEO, company leadership, and individual departments
    • Assist with email correspondence and handle spontaneous internal and external inquiries/requests while ensuring consistent and timely communication
    • Manage and track expenses
    • Provide occasional assistance with personal tasks and logistics
    • Manage legal document signatures and e-filings
    • Work with company’s Chief of Staff to develop efficient systems and processes that improve the CEO’s productivity
    • Track and drive to completion key deliverables from CEO and direct reports
    • Communicate regularly with Zeus stakeholders including investors and board members
    • Assist with logistics for important company meetings and events such as conferences, panels, board meetings, and team events

What We're Looking For

    • 4+ years experience providing EA support for senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment
    • Meticulous attention to detail and deadlines
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to move seamlessly between multiple priorities, while escalating urgent issues
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative and ownership of a variety projects and tasks
    • A whatever-it-takes, creative attitude with an intuitive sense for prioritization, execution, and problem solvingAbility to exercise good judgment, discretion, diplomacy and a high degree of confidentiality
    • Strong teamwork skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude to steer and support the team towards success
    • Cultural steward who is approachable and welcoming to Zeus peers and external parties such as owners, residents, and investors
