We’re a fast-paced, fast-growing team in sunny Hayes Valley and we’re looking for somebody who loves scaling new and old channels and crunching data as much as we do.

You Will:

• Spearhead Curology’s TV media and creative strategy and execution
• Work with internal teams and external agencies on media planning, creative and measurement
• Share your learnings by leading meetings with executives
• Work closely with our in-house creative team to develop new ads based on your learnings and strategy
• Build relationships with agencies and networks to refine our understanding of what tactics work, and act on those findings through managing testing roadmaps
• Set up efficient systems and processes to manage campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Closely collaborate with multiple teams across Curology and wear many hats

You Have:

• Experience running direct response TV in-house at a brand with CAC and volume goals
• Knowledge of linear TV media buying and optimization
• Experience measuring the acquisition impact of TV
• In-depth understanding of measurement approaches and desired data inputs and outputs
• Experience managing and negotiating with multiple vendors or clients or networks
