We’re a fast-paced, fast-growing team in sunny Hayes Valley and we’re looking for somebody who loves scaling new and old channels and crunching data as much as we do.

You Will:

• Help Curology navigate through and partner with select point programs, perk programs, bundle benefits, memberships, and more.
• Initiate and negotiate strategic partnerships that drive significant acquisition volume and other business value.
• Ideate strategic relationships, outreach to key decision-makers, manage a partnerships pipeline, and grow Curology through business development.
• Make ROI driven-decisions on the fly, making the numbers work in each deal.
• Masterfully execute on all deals, partnering with other teams on needed operational details.
• “Hustle” in negotiations and problem-solve to remove the ability for partners to say “no.”

You Have:

• Experience in developing and running partnership programs or similar roles, preferably at another brand or b2c company.
• A strong network with proven past results
• Excellent multitasking with immaculate organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
