Job Summary
Sourcing
- Works with hiring managers to develop staffing strategies for the Intern Program in US.
- Optimizes job postings and screening questions for marketability.
- Direct Sourcing
- Identifies alternative sourcing opportunities for specific business needs
- Works with all sourcing channels to ensure appropriate slate of candidates is available for open positions
Candidate Relationship Management
- Screens, interviews and develops candidate slate
- Prepares candidates for screenings/interviews by supplying as much info as possible to candidates about NUANCE, the business unit, the job, the hiring manager, the team, etc.
- Advocates for candidates while under consideration for NUANCE jobs
- Coordinates the sharing of candidates for multiple opportunities
- Accountable to ensuring a positive experience for the candidates
- Provides timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal and external candidates, regardless of hiring outcome and supplement hiring manager feedback given, as needed; manage candidate expectations; keep candidates warm
- Positively positions NUANCE to candidates so far as to respond to individual candidate needs and expectations and to close offer by proactively addressing any reservations or concerns
US College Program
- Works in collaboration with hiring manager to open requisition, ensuring job description accurately reflects the position requirements and that the business line and NUANCE are accurately represented
- Obtains and shares with team members requisition specific knowledge around the open requisition
- Presents slate of pre-screened candidates to hiring managers
- Advises and consults with the hiring managers for hiring decision, offer negotiations and staffing strategies
- Shares market knowledge and expertise with hiring managers; may guide hiring managers through hiring process
Talent Acquisition Event Support
- Will participate in site specific and/or function specific recruiting and community events
Project Work
- Participates on project teams
- Initiates College related projects and events
- Participates in department projects
- Provides analysis and input on projects
- Coaches and mentors colleagues
- Develops, recommends and implements innovative and creative solutions to staffing issues
Data Management
- Responsible for inputting and updating data in ICIMS on a real time basis
Working Relationships/Contacts:
Internal
Junior Recruiters will work primarily under the direction of the Sr Director, Talent Acquisition, line of business, and team members to execute College staffing strategy and needs of the team.
- The Recruiter will serve as point of contact for Hiring Manager in Intern hiring process. The Recruiter will serve as an advocate for internal candidates throughout the hiring process.
External
- The Recruiter will serve as an advocate for external candidates throughout the hiring Process.
Number of Years of Work Experience: 2+ years' of recruiting and talent acquisition experience in corporate (in-house) environments.
Scope
- Responsible as team member, to fill requisitions for business line
- Responsible for quality of candidate pool for a given position
- Overall process management and recommendations for process improvements
- ICIMS data integrity, related to hires and translations
- Sourcing strategy decisions and implications on cost and timeliness of hiring
- Impact on commitment to team effectiveness
- Ensure candidate and hiring manager customer satisfaction and identifies opportunities for improvement
Education and Experience
- Prior recruiting or related HR experience expected
