Quality field tech supports the quality team by visiting properties to conduct QA inspections and work with cleaners to improve their quality. We need someone detail oriented who can catch any issues in a home during a turnover (and fix as much as you can) to ensure the next resident will have a perfect stay. Additionally, our cleaners are not all ensuring the same quality of cleaning every time, so we ideally want a Spanish speaker who will nurture relationships with multiple cleaning partners, and not be afraid to share and hear about direct feedback with them.

What You Will Do

• Drive to different units every day to conduct QA inspections
• Fix as many issues as possible during inspection
• Inspect unit for cleanliness & proper staging
• Give feedback to cleaners in real time (using Spanish or English when necessary)
• Provide on-site training to new and existing cleaners
• Work closely with Operations Analysts to improve quality of cleanings
• Enforce Zeus cleaning checklist
• Clean areas of the unit if necessary
• Work with tech on improvements (for example, GPS tracker for cleaners so we know where they are when)

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent Spanish and English speaker
• Desire for field role Flexible schedule
• Own transportation to properties around metro
• Weekend work needed! Prioritizing those who are open to working 1 or 2 weekend days, in exchange for 1 or 2 week days off
