Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) Canada, the Senior Marketing Manager/Marketing Manager is a high impact role that will enable our marketing transformation. As a member of the WAM Canada Marketing leadership team, the successful candidate will collaborate across Marketing as well as key business partners to understand current state marketing operations and gain input into the optimal target state. With a strong emphasis on innovation and customer centricity, this role requires a strong ambitious spirit to enable the individual to own, develop, prioritize the change efforts and provide leadership for implementation.
We’re looking for a detail oriented leader who roll up their sleeves to understand current state, develop recommendations and lead the implementation of those recommendations.
This leadership role is a great opportunity to have significant impact enabling Marketing to deliver on our transformation into a digital, customer-centric leader.
This leader will define the scope of the operating model changes required.
