Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • L1 to L3 support
  • Support Intranet sites built on SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online
  • Manage SharePoint patching and upgrades
  • Configure SharePoint services and settings as required
  • Document SharePoint configuration and architecture
  • Manage site quotas and file size limits
  • Manage SharePoint Farm and Central Administration site
  • Manage SharePoint Severs and Office Online Servers
  • Configure and support Office Web Apps for SharePoint 2016
  • Review and monitoring usage reports and do proper capacity management
  • Manage content databases and creating new ones as required
  • Create, Administer and maintain Web Application, site collection and sub-sites
  • Manage security/ permission for sites and sub-sites
  • Manage the site layout structure and content
  • Provide SharePoint support to end users
  • Document FAQs, KEDB (Known Error Database), Site Directory
  • PowerShell scripting to do basic operations in SharePoint 2016
  • Create and support Out-of-box and Custom SharePoint Workflows
  • Create and manage Out-of-box Web Parts
  • Plan and execute Disaster Recovery strategies, as per the current environment

Requirements:

  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and to meet short- and long-term deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent critical and creative thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience in operating procedures, oversight and monitoring
  • Collate, Coordinate and Prepare status report regularly
