What You'll Do
The Channel Regional Sales Manager is the key contact for our Partners. You will own and develop the team of Partner Account Managers that will be responsible for the relationships, building and executing the sales strategy.

In this job you will drive your team to :
- Own and deliver the Channel Business in Turkey to handle the agreed achievements and timescales and to ensure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded
- Deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits and pipeline development reports in your territory
- Responsible for driving the planning, development and implementation of the go-to-market plans to accelerate the growth of Cisco channel accounts
- You will be an integral part of the country business planning process within Cisco Turkey Leadership team on all aspects of running the business.
- Work closely with the Cisco Account Management and Pre-sales teams, to drive the strategy and delivery of new solutions, products and services to our Customers.
- Work with Cisco Marketing and Commercial teams to drive campaigns and programs to generate incremental bookings and pipeline
- Orchestrate cross-functional team members to deliver complete business solutions.
- Focus on an outstanding Cisco Partner Company experience and become your Partners' trusted advisor.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Anticipate any change in the opportunities, market, Customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target.
- Drive training and awareness initiatives for employees, customers, partners and distribution.
- Direct a team of sales partners account managers with strong ethical behaviour leading by example
- Build and maintain a positive work environment, while creating trust and respect among your team and extended team resources ecosystem.

Who You Are
- You should bring around 10 years of overall sales experience in a dynamic IT, Software, Services and Solution business.
- Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Able to understand, articulate and position the value of a technology-based solution to the Partner and Customer.
- You should have an Excellent understanding of Partner Routes to Market.
- Mastery in developing trusted customer relationships up to C level.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Write and speak English fluently.
- Experience working with dotted teams.
Desired Skills
- +3 years Sales manager experience
- Minimum BA degree in a business discipline or equivalent.
- Understanding a wide range of technology architectures; ie. Networking, collaboration, Data-Center, Cybersecurity...
- Ability to bring to bear and engage internal resources such as Marketing, Technology Experts, Services and others.
- Excellent financial acumen, including understanding of return on investment (ROI) model and other financial modeling tools is a big plus
