The Product Transformation Strategy team is a dedicated, strategic team with a mandate to design, articulate, and drive critical strategy and business transformation efforts with the ultimate goal of improving Merchant Services’ operating and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
• Become a subject matter expert on functions across the TS, CB, and MS APAC businesses
• Own and drive day-to-day delivery of the MS APAC operating model across target markets including influencing internal CIB and CB partners on decisions
o Lead the transition of activities including scoping problems, identifying roadblocks/obstacles, providing strategic recommendations, and executing on the transition roadmap
o Collaborate with team members, TS and CB partners, the Ops Garage, and Ops Architecture teams to evolve processes, policies, procedures, and trainings
• Use creative problem-solving to overcome executional challenges, even in situations where leadership input is unavailable
• Lead strategic analyses critical to the MS business’s expansion and transformation agenda
o Design, structure, and execute both complex quantitative and qualitative analyses
o Scope problems, identify issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and quantify financial and business impacts
• Stay abreast of market trends, lead interview campaigns, working sessions, and deliver executive-level presentations
• Advise and influence executive leadership on key business decisions and major change initiatives, building strong trusted advisor relationships
• Act as the liaison to the MS APAC product lead and other functions
Requirements:
• MBA or an advanced business degree from a top-tier program preferred
• 3-5 years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm or an internal consulting/corporate strategy team, including managerial experience motivating and leading high-performing teams
• 2+ years in payments, technology, e-commerce or financial services
• Exceptionally strong relationship management and executive-level communications skills
• Ability to structure a variety of problems and apply analytical tools to develop solutions
• Strong EQ with insatiable desire to develop and mentor junior team members
• Knowledge of product development processes, project management processes and understanding of product development lifecycle strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks based on business impact
• Located in Singapore
