Department Summary

Document Image Services is responsible for classifying, versioning and doing the necessary research to upload the received documents from Captiva to Enterprise Image Viewer (EIV). There are three different channels depending on the volume source – Servicing Indexing which receives all loan documents post originations, Correspondent Indexing which receives originations documents from Correspondent Lenders, and Mortgage Express (MX) Indexing which receives originations document from Home Lending Advisors (HLAs), MX Underwriters and Customers.

Position Summary

As an Operations Specialist I, you will process the batches of documents received from Prokey and identify the appropriate document type as to how it will be uploaded in Enterprise Image Viewer (EIV). In this role, you are also expected to support the execution of business strategies as communicated by the leadership team.
