This position is a member of Global IT Digital and Analytics team, reporting to the Cloud services team leader. The incumbent will work in partnership with global & cross functional business/IT teams. This position is responsible for helping develop and configure solutions and support digital products on global level.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and build CI/CD delivery pipelines for COTS and custom applications. Take ownership of release schedule for COTS and custom applications in the CI/CD platform. Design plans for release management into the pipelines including outage management, rolling deploys, canary releases, blue / green deploys, etc
• Participate in cyber reviews of systems/software and have the foresight to adopt include into Ci/CD pipeline. Perform peer code review and pair programming exercises with junior engineers
• Coach and train internal and external development teams, as well as leaders on importance of CI/CD. Onboard development teams onto CI/CD platform as needed
• Identify ways to increase platform adoption and re-usability, consolidate platforms as needed

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 year of experience in IT
• 2-3 years development background in digital products. Experience in at least two modern development languages / frameworks. (Java, .Net, Python, OSS, etc). Agile development fundamentals (Scrum/Kanban/XP). Demonstrated experience building and supporting Ci/CD pipelines for product development teams for COTS or custom applications. Demonstrated experience in Cloud / Cloud Native Technologies (PaaS, IaaS, Serverless) Demonstrated experience in CI/CD technologies

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Azure, AWS, Hashicorp (Terraform, Vault), Ansible, Atlassian (JIRA), Azure DevOps / Visual Studio, Selenium, GitHub, Git, SonarQube, Jenkins, Open Source technologies, Networking technologies (SDN,WAFs, SGs)
• Strong verbal and and written communication with strong command of spoken and written English
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work flexible working hours as needed on special occasions
