Senior IER System Developer / Administrator

Working with IBM’s Enterprise Records App and FileNet P8 components, the System Administrator/Developer will design, document, debug, test, deploy, administer, monitor and support the IER application to ensure the system is performing as expected. Requires high level of technical ability and the specific understanding of these products while working with various other technical and business roles.

Remote work is an option for this role.

• Skilled in Websphere ND, Windows, RHEL, cron, Oracle, SQL, firewall, LDAP, core Java, JavaScript, HTML, Ajax, Rest, Linux, and Tomcat for trouble shooting and development.
• 3+ years in IBM Enterprise Records experience is required.
• 5+ years in IBM FileNet experience is required.

• Managing, administering, and configuring specific IBM Enterprise Records functions including sweeps, desktop configs, workflows, reports, collections feeds, data, classes and properties, file plans, dispositions, bulk declare, and audit events.
• Server admin including installs and upgrades and support.
• Performance tuning.
• Managing, administering, and configuring IBM FileNet components such as Admin Console for CE, Workplace, Content Navigator, Object Stores, classes and doc types, workflow maps, queues, subscriptions, and FileNet security model.
• Server admin including installs and upgrades and support.
• Performance tuning.
• Using Java to design, develop, debug, test, deploy, support, any IER or custom components related to the system.
