In your role, you will:
- Participate actively in full cycle recruitment process (pre-selection, interviews and offers).
- Source passive candidates through formal and informal network alliances, complex internet searches, database mining, including the use of the social media.
- Develop innovative, multi-pronged sourcing strategies to meet current & future talent needs;
- Participate in the development and improvement of new recruitment approaches/ processes from a "continuous improvement" point of view.
- Maintain a continuous contact with potential candidates and provide follow-up and updates in our applicant tracking system called Taleo, as appropriate.
- Stay abreast of sourcing/recruiting trends.

Dans le cadre de votre poste, vous serez appelé à :
- Participer activement dans le cycle complet du processus de recrutement (pré-sélection, entrevues et offres).
- Trouver des candidats par le biais d’alliances de réseaux formelles et informelles, faire des recherches internet complexes, faire de l’exploration de base de données, y compris l’utilisation des médias sociaux.
- Élaborer des stratégies d’approvisionnement novatrices pour répondre aux besoins actuels et futurs de nouveaux talents.
- Participer au développement et l’amélioration des nouvelles approches de recrutement / processus de recrutement d’un point de vue « amélioration continue».
- Maintenir un contact continue avec les candidats potentiels et assurer un suivi et les mises à jour de notre système de suivi des candidats, appelé Taleo.
- Rester au courant des tendances en matière d’approvisionnement et de recrutement.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You hold a Bachelor's in Human Resources, or in a related field or with an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment preferably in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry.
- You have developed innovative recruitment strategies for high volume recruitment
- You are a team and results oriented individual who has the capacity to influence others.
- You have demonstrated negotiation skills when dealing with stakeholders including candidates and internal clients;
- You have experience with internet searches by various recruiting techniques and methods.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office,
- Knowledge in SAP HR and an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Taleo is an asset
- You have strong written and communication skills (Bilingual -English / French)
En tant que candidat idéal,
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un baccalauréat en Ressources Humaines, ou dans un domaine connexe, ou une combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience suffisante pour exercer avec succès les fonctions essentielles du travail.
- Vous avez au moins trois ans d’expérience en recrutement, de préférence dans l’industrie aérospatiale et / ou de fabrication.
- Vous avez développé des stratégies de recrutement innovantes pour le recrutement de masse.
- Vous êtes une personne axée sur les résultats qui a la capacité d’influencer les autres.
- Vous avez démontré des compétences en matière de négociation dans vos relations avec les parties prenantes, notamment les candidats et les clients internes.
- Vous avez de l’expérience dans la recherche sur internet selon diverses techniques et méthodes de recrutement.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de MS Office.
- Vous avez une connaissance d’SAP HR et d’un système de suivi des candidats, de préférence Taleo, un atout.
- Vous avez de fortes compétences en rédaction et en communication (bilingue anglais / français)
